Annual Giving
The Chilton Memorial Hospital Foundation's Annual Fund is the annual giving campaign that is the cornerstone of our yearly fundraising effort and provides the financial resources necessary to support the mission of the hospital. The Annual Fund provides resources to continue over 50 years of medical progress, meet daily emergencies, and take advantage of opportunities to better serve our community.

Donors may choose to make restricted gifts to specific areas of the hospital or designate their gifts to be used where the need is greatest.

The Commemorative Gift Program
The Commemorative Gift program gives you the opportunity to recognize the birth of a child, to honor friends of relatives on birthdays and other special occasions, or to express sympathy.

Your gift will not only demonstrate your affection, esteem and remembrance for your friends and loved ones, it will also help ensure that Chilton Memorial's tradition of providing excellent healthcare and state-of-the-art facilities will continue.

Have you ever wondered what you can give someone who has everything? Consider making a gift to Chilton Memorial Hospital in tribute to them - or someone special to them.

A distinctive touch can often be added to a birthday, anniversary, retirement or graduation when the person knows you have made a gift to the hospital in their honor. It is an easy way to show your thoughtfulness to those who are special in your life and also to your hospital.

For many years, Chilton Memorial Hospital has also been the recipient of gifts made through funeral homes in memory of those who have passed away. Some have chosen to make these gifts directly to the Foundation.
Our way of saying thanks...
We appreciate your contributions to our healthcare facility and feel it is important to treat each and every gift with care. When you make a commemorative gift to the hospital, we will send a card to the family informing them of your thoughtfulness. It lists your name as the donor, but not the amount of the gift. You will also receive a card acknowledging your gift.

Planned Giving
Planned gifts are charitable gifts utilizing tax planning techniques structured to maximize the tax or income benefits for the donor and/or the non-profit organization. A planned gift may be used to establish an endowment or future interest for the donor or the charity, or it may provide present benefits to either party. Generally a planned gift will be structured to support the philanthropic interests of the donor, and may also provide significant tax savings or income for the donor or a designated beneficiary.

Among the common types of planned gifts are gifts of appreciated securities, life insurance, assignment of retirement benefits, contributions of remainder interests in real estate, bequests, charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder or lead trusts.

New Century Society
