Requirements: | |
Graduate of an NLN accredited program of Nursing. BSN or BS or equivalent and MSN or MS in related field. Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of New Jersey. Current BLS. Three years current nursing experience. Demonstrated teaching ability. Previous educator experience preferred. Proficiency needed in computer skills: Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Knowledge of computer based training systems preferred.

Full time opportunity. Hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Weekends as needed. No holidays. Provides, facilitates and/or supports: Cinical orientation (RN, PCT, ED technician, Business Partners, and Patient Transport Aides).
Staff development and competency validation. Educational liaison to assigned departments. Preceptor programs. Junior and Adult Volunteer transport classes. Joint Commission teams and readiness activities. Healthstream & Healthstream authoring, Krames on Demand and Patient Education Program/Channel. Councils and committees.
