Requirements:		  
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related field of study. Clinical background in nursing or other related clinical healthcare field is strongly preferred. Project management certification/experience to deliver projects on time and within budget, while managing teams/people and delivering high customer satisfaction. Minimum 5 years experience and focus in Meditech advanced clinical applications support services including the following Meditech application/functions: EDM, ORM, BMV, eMAR. Comprehensive knowledge of clinical healthcare operations and hospital processes for clinical patient care including Emergency Services, Surgical Services, Nursing Documentation, and Medication Administration. Must be a change agent with tangible experience with applications support from clinical service areas. Detailed understanding of Meditech product content and functionality and can promote the functionality to meet user needs with a high degree of customer service skills. Recent experience with clinical hospital operations required. 5 years direct supervision of staff. Excellent computer skills including MS Office and report writing Strong facilitation, coordination, and organizational skills.

Description:		  
Full time opportunity. Hours 8am-4:30pm and on-call as needed. Serves as primary support liaison and project manager for clinical based applications throughout the organization. This includes, but not limited to, the following applications: EDM, ORM, Nursing Documentation, BMV, , eMAR, PCI/Clinical Review, NPR report writer, (others as assigned). Provides application support services required for planning, design, testing, training, implementation, monitoring, reporting, documentation and ongoing maintenance of clinical applications and all related system integration. Provides ongoing maintenance and effective customer support for clinical application issues providing solutions to identify, manage and meet customer goals and expectations. Coordinates vendor, consultant and other third party relationships appropriately and professionally. Highly competitive salary and outstanding benefits.
