Requirements:		  
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related field of study. Financial background in Patient Accounting or other related financial healthcare field is strongly preferred. Project management certification/experience to deliver projects on time and within budget, while managing teams/people and delivering high customer satisfaction. Minimum 5 years experience and demonstrated focus in Meditech B/AR application support. Comprehensive knowledge of financial healthcare operations and hospital revenue cycle including billing, reimbursement, contracts, denial management, and managed care provisions. Must be a change agent with tangible experience with applications support from financial service areas. Detailed understanding of Meditech product content and functionality to optimize production and promote the functionality to meet user needs with a high degree of customer service skills. Provides application support services required for planning design, testing, training, implementation, monitoring, reporting, documentation and ongoing maintenance of financial applications and all related system integration. Revenue Cycle applications support services including the following Meditech applications/functions: B/AR (primary focus), Proration, AP, GL, ADM, CWS and NPR report writing. Additional application support for Eligibility, Medical Necessity, Budgeting, Payroll, and Time and Attendance. Recent experience with financial hospital operations required. Strong facilitation, coordination, and organizational skills. Excellent computer skills including MS Office and report writing.

Description:		  
Full time. Hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and on-call as needed· Serves as primary support liaison and project manager for financial and business based applications throughout the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, the following applications: B/AR, proration, AP , GL, CWS and ADM, eligibility/medical necessity, NPR report writer, budgeting, payroll/time and attendance,(others as assigned). Provides ongoing maintenance and effective customer support for financial and business application issues providing solutions to identify, manage and meet customer goals and expectations. Maintains solid working knowledge of financial and business system functionality, integration, and data flow. Highly competitive salary and outstanding benefits.
