Nothing ruins a lazy summer day quicker than a trip to the emergency room. Along with summer sun and fun comes the possibility of sunburn, heatstroke, dehydration, food poisoning, and insect bites. Precaution is of course better than cure. Be prepared for these emergencies and make summer safety a priority.
