New Vitality - Core Dynamix

This class is a mix of core training methods, based on the Lotte Berk technique and Pilates. It blends the muscle shaping of isometrics, the elongating effect of dance conditioning and the fat burning format of interval training. Designed to sculpt abs, strengthen core, shape the arms and slim and lift the hips, thighs and seat for a longer, leaner body with increased flexibility and improved posture. Class format includes both standing and floor work. Participants will need one pair of light weights (2 to 3 lbs.) and a mat, and may bring a towel or strap to aid stretching. Register early, class size is limited to 20 participants.
