At Chilton Memorial, we recognize the importance of providing competitive wages and comprehensive benefits. All positions are classified according to a job-evaluation program. Certain positions are eligible for shift differentials and sign on bonuses are available in select areas.

Employees in full time and part time regular positions are eligible for benefits. Benefits are determined by position and category. All full-time and part-time regular non-exempt employees are eligible for coverage on the first of the month following three months of continuous employment.
