Ruth E. Spellman, Chairman
Ruth E. Spellman, former mayor of Pequannock Township, has served on the Chilton Memorial Hospital Board since 2006. She has served the Hospital as a Pink Lady and volunteer since 1959 and is currently Vice President of Chilton Community Care and Secretary and Treasurer of Chilton Corporation. Additionally, she is an aide to State Senator Joe Pennacchio, community liaison to Representative Rodney Frelinghuysen, and co-chair of Pequannock Township Republican Committee.

Mrs. Spellman served 20 years on the Pequannock Township Council, serving six terms as Mayor and six years as Deputy Mayor. She also served nine years on the Pequannock Township Board of Education, two terms as President. She is a graduate of Gettysburg College and a former trustee of Housing Partnership of Morris County, Hospice of Morris County and Ramapo College of New Jersey.
Eliot H. Chodosh, MD, Vice Chairman
Dr. Chodosh is a board certified neurologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He received his medical school education at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed an internship at City Hospital Center at Elmhurst, Department of Medicine and a residency and stroke fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine in the Department of Neurology.

Over his tenure, Dr. Chodosh has been integrally involved in the hospital holding numerous leadership positions including Vice President and President of the Medical staff. In the community, he has been active in the American Heart Association, North Jersey Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a board member at Daughters of Miriam Center for the Aged and a member of the Medical Advisory Board for the Garden State Chapter of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation.

Dr. Chodosh is a partner in North Jersey Neurologic Associates, a large neurology private practice in Wayne, New Jersey.
Aaron Van Duyne, III, CPA, Treasurer
The senior principal with of Van Duyne, Behrens & Co., P.A., Aaron Van Duyne, III has been in the field of public accounting for more than 30 years. He specializes in consulting, estate planning, business management and tax preparation for individuals and business entities in the entertainment industry. Aaron is also the founding member of White Hat Management Services, LLC, a firm that offers business management services to the entertainment and sports industries.

Aaron is an advisory board member of Lakeland Bank, the vice chairman of the William Paterson University Foundation Board, treasurer for the Chilton Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees and director of The Better Life Foundation in Mobile, Alabama.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and a Master of Music degree in management from William Paterson University. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Michael A. DeBernardi
Michael DeBernardi has been a member of the Chilton Memorial Hospital Board since 2000. He serves on the hospital's Finance Committee, as Co-Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and is a past chairman of the Audit Committee. He was Chief Credit Officer of AT&T Capital Corporation from 1985 until it was sold to Newcourt Credit Group in 1997. Mr. DeBernardi was then appointed Chief Investment Officer of Newcourt Credit Group, a publicly traded Canadian Company, which was sold to The CIT Group, Inc. in 1999. Subsequent to that sale, Mr. DeBernardi assumed the position of Chief Risk Officer - CIT Global Vendor Finance. In 2003 Mr. DeBernardi joined Aternus Partners, LLC, a consultancy specializing in customer sales financing and in early 2004 he co-founded US Express Leasing, Parsippany, NJ. Beginning in 2004, Mr. DeBernardi was engaged in credit-related consulting in the equipment finance and leasing industry for two years.

In March 2008, Mr. DeBernardi was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Oritani Bank with headquarters in the Township of Washington (Bergen County). Mr. DeBernardi has served on the Board of Directors of Oritani Bank since 1993 previously as Audit Committee Chairman and Lead Director. Oritani Bank is a $2 Billion State of New Jersey chartered savings bank. The publicly held parent Company is the Federally Chartered Oritani Financial Corp MHC (Mutual Holding Company). NASDAQ "ORIT".

Mr. DeBernardi graduated from Boston College with distinction in 1976 and received a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College in 1981. He lives in Kinnelon with his wife Denise and their two college-aged children.
Henry J. Driesse
Henry J. Driesse is Senior Vice President of ITT Industries and President, ITT Fluid Technology, located in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Appointed to this position in September 2005, he is responsible for the management of ITT Industries' $3B global fluid technology businesses, ranging from pumps to advanced water treatment and filtration. Prior to his current assignment, Driesse served as President of ITT's Defense Electronics & Services businesses.

Driesse began his career with ITT in 1981. During his tenure, he served as Vice President and Director of Engineering for ITT Defense Communications where he managed the design and development of communications systems. Subsequently, he was Vice President and Director of Operations overseeing the activities of manufacturing, procurement, logistics and quality assurance, and was eventually named Vice President and Director of Business Development for ITT's Aerospace/Communications Division. In 1991, he was appointed President of ITT's Avionics Division, a world leader in the design, production and support of airborne electronic protection and communications, navigation and identification systems.

Driesse's broad experience includes engineering, marketing, and program management positions with Singer-Kearfott and Bendix Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from New York University.

He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association (AlA) and the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) where he served on the Finance and Compensation and Personnel Committees respectively. He also is a member of several professional organizations and served on the Board of the IEEE Aerospace Electronics and Systems Society and as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Electronic Defense.

Driesse is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Faradyne Motors, a company that supplies submersible motors for pumping applications.

He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Digital Globe Company, in which ITT has invested, and which provides satellite imagery from space for military and civil uses. Heserved on the Governance and Finance Committees.

Driesse also serves on the Foundation Board of Chilton Memorial Hospital, a 256-bed community facility.
Laura Kelly
Ms. Kelly is a shareholder in the corporate department of the law firm of Graham Curtin, P.A. in Morristown, New Jersey where she has led the firm's Estates, Trusts and Probate practice group since 1994. She concentrates her practice in trust and estate planning and administration and business succession planning for principals and shareholders of closely-held businesses. Such practice also includes addressing clients’ private philanthropic goals, including structuring charitable trusts and private foundations and providing counsel to clients on all aspects of nonprofit corporate governance.
Ms. Kelly is a member and past President of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey in 2005-2006, and is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Morris Area Chapter of the American Red Cross (Vice Chair, 2001-2003) and past Board member of the Center for Hope Hospice and Palliative Care (Trustee and Secretary, 2001-2004). Ms. Kelly was selected to serve as a member of the District X Ethics Committee from 2001 through 2004 and is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. She was recently honored by NJ Biz magazine as one of the Best 50 Women in Business for 2009.
Ms. Kelly received her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, PA where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa and received her J.D. from the National Law Center at George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
Ms. Kelly lives in Montville, New Jersey with her husband and twin daughters.
James W. Klein
Mr. Klein has been freelance consulting since retiring from his position of VP Field Operations for McKesson Corp in 2005. Previously, he served as Vice President – Chief Information Officer of Atlantic Health System from 1997.

He was President of Madison Business Systems, Inc. of Fairfield, NJ (office also in New York City) since 1986. Madison provides forms design, forms distribution, software and electronic forms to hospitals, businesses and government.

From June 1984 to June 1986, he served as Executive Vice President of Jaqueline Cochran, Inc., then a subsidiary of American Cyanamid Co. which marketed prestige fragrance products worldwide including Pierre Cardin and Ricci's L'air du Temps. During the prior 15 years Mr. Klein held a number of positions in Cyanamid's consumer products business including: Vice President - Planning and Development; Vice President - Latin America Operations; and Director positions for international development, marketing services and information systems. The Cyanamid consumer products at the time included Old Spice, Pinesol and Breck.

Prior to joining Cyanamid, he held several engineering and management positions with PSE&G and managed a Nuclear Power Reliability research project under a grant from the U. S. power industry. He also co-founded a firm providing accounting and business analysis for professionals and has done freelance consulting for several clients for: data processing, sales reorganization, acquisitions, business strategy and space flight systems reliability.

Mr. Klein is also a former Vice Chairman of Chilton Memorial Hospital, a past board member of Memorial Health Foundation (Morristown) and past board member and President of the Counseling Center for Growth and Healing.

He received a BSE degree from Princeton University and did graduate work at Purdue and Columbia. Mr. Klein and his wife live in Wayne, NJ. He has a daughter living in San Francisco and a son living in Corvallis, OR.
Mario Rosellini
Mario R. Rosellini retired from Chase Manhattan Bank in 1995 after 30 years of service. Immediately upon retirement, he formed his own consulting company, Creative Professional Services, Inc., of Wayne, NJ.

Mr. Rosellini is a consultant to the Bank of Butterfield, Bermuda, a Risk Management Advisor and Director at Health Network America, is a Trustee of the Lions District Charitable Foundation, and a mentor to Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business.

He holds a BS degree in Business Management from Seton Hall University, and an Associate in Risk Management designation from The Insurance Institute of America.

Mr. Rosellini is a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society, the North Jersey Country Club, and is on the N.J.C.C. House and Strategic Planning Committee.

Mr. Rosellini currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Chilton Memorial Hospital Foundation.

He resides in Wayne and is very active in community affairs.
Hervey S. Sicherman, MD
Hervey S. Sicherman, MD has been a member of the Chilton Memorial Hospital Board since 1994. He chaired the hospital's department of orthopedics from 1985 - 2000 and was president of the hospital's medical and dental staff from 1992 - 1993. He has practiced medicine in New Jersey, New York and California. He holds memberships in numerous professional organizations, among them the New Jersey Orthopaedic Society, of which he was president in 1990. Dr. Sicherman is a Diplomate in the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is also a fellow in the American College of Surgeons, the Academy of Medicine of New Jersey, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. From 1977 - 1999, Dr. Sicherman was an instructor in Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery at the College of Physicians & Surgeons at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. Dr. Sicherman received his bachelor's degree from Tufts as well as a medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.
Robin Ware
Robin Ware is COO of Hotels at Home Worldwide, the hospitality industry's largest provider of retail services representing more than 2,900 properties. Mrs. Ware, along with her husband Michael, founded the company in 1999. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Essential Amenities, then recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America.

Mrs. Ware has a long history of community leadership. For 12 years (1988-2000) she served in several elected leadership capacities for the North Caldwell Board of Education, including a two-year term as its president. In addition, Mrs. Ware served as President of the National Council of Jewish Women, West Essex Division (1988-1990) where she established a task force resulting in the passage of the NJ Bicycle Helmet Law. Mrs. Ware also served as chairperson for the non-profit Center for Women, a community resource for all residents of Essex County.

Mrs. Ware graduated Summa Cum Laude from C.W. Post College with a BA in Speech and Hearing. She earned her Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from Queens College.
Deborah Zastocki, FACHE, President and CEO, Chilton Memorial Hospital
An accomplished administrator, nurse, teacher, and author, in 2004, Deborah Zastocki joined the ranks of only 25 other female hospital CEOs in New Jersey. One of her biggest accomplishments since stepping into her role as President and CEO of Chilton Memorial Hospital has been transforming the hospital's financial performance from that of a large operating loss to one of an operating gain within her first full year as CEO.

As a result of her strong leadership and focus on providing outstanding healthcare, Chilton Memorial Hospital was recognized in 2005 by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services (NJDHSS) and by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as having an overall score of 100% for heart attack care, the highest score possible. Under Ms. Zastocki's leadership, Chilton Memorial Hospital has expanded its practices in gerontology by becoming a Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders (NICHE) Hospital.

Ms. Zastocki has also focused on making Chilton Memorial the work place of choice for staff, the hospital of choice for patients, and the facility of choice for physicians. She implemented numerous organizational strategies that dramatically impacted employee satisfaction.

Ms. Zastocki earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with highest distinction from the University of Rhode Island. She earned a Master of Arts in Nursing and her Master of Education degree in Community Health, both from Columbia University. She began her nursing career in 1974, and then moved through the executive ranks of patient care and administration at a number of northern New Jersey hospitals.

Ms. Zastocki was hired and appointed vice-president of Patient Care Services at Chilton Memorial Hospital in 1990. During this time, she developed a new on-campus ambulatory surgery center, developed Occupational Health Services, and transformed the mobile mammography service into a full-service Breast Center. In 2000, she assumed additional administrative duties, and became the hospital's Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nurse Executive.

In June 2002, Ms. Zastocki's peers recognized her leadership when they elected her president of the Association of Health Care Executives of New Jersey. With the organization's backing, she worked closely with graduate schools to provide education, networking opportunities, and mentoring opportunities to new and prospective health care leaders.

In 2005, Ms. Zastocki was presented with the AHENJ Annual Distinguished Service Award, which recognizes an individual, who has made a significant contribution to, and an impact on, healthcare in New Jersey and the field of healthcare in general.

In addition to her duties as President and CEO, she has served on the boards of numerous community and professional organizations. She currently serves on the New Jersey Hospital Association Policy Development Committee, American College of Healthcare Executives, Programs, Products & Services Committee, and is a Board member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce.

A consummate professional, Ms. Zastocki also made the time to mentor health care professionals by teaching a graduate course at William Paterson University so students there could understand leadership styles, conflict management, team building, and ethical and legal issues. She contributed to nursing textbooks published by the W.B. Saunders Company, and she co-authored Home Care: A Technical Manual for the Professional Nurse and Home Care: Patient and Family Instructions.
